  All wordpress.com themes are responsive, meaning they adapt their appereance to screen you are using. This guarantees visitors see your site in the best way for them.
  You could show the desktop version of your site on a smartphone, but this would make it for visitors very hard to read your site unless they zoom in and scroll in every direction.
  If you really want to do this, you must upgrade to the Business Plan, as you’ll have to create a child theme and do a lot of work to do in the theme files.
