  I am unable to afford a paid website currently and would like to open a free blog with the same email address. Please provide help on how to do that.

  I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can’t have an email address on a free wordpress.com account. To have a professional email, you need a paid plan – https://wordpress.com/pricing/ – together with our Professional Email solution – https://wordpress.com/support/add-email/adding-professional-email-to-your-site/

  You can actually create a new WordPress.com on the free plan at https://wordpress.com/start/ – be sure to select a free .wordpress.com site address and the free plan.
