  Whereabouts to put html code for the blog as a whole. Not as a sidebar.

  e.g code which will make my keywords automatically link to the url. so that I don’t have to type ‘link’ every time

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You don’t have access to that level of the code here at WordPress.com and so you will not be able to use that HTML.
