I want to pay for My Upgrades services. Where is the renew button?

  I own two blogs on WordPress.com

  davidyacthdeliveries.com (original url: http://davidyachtdeliveriesenglish.wordpress.com)

  and

  dyd.pt (original url: http://davidyachtdeliveriesportugues.wordpress.com

  The ownership of this blogs was recently transfered to me from my Web Designer, but I can´t proceed to my payments on the My Upgrades page.

  I don´t see the Renew button for any services (Domain, Custom Design and No Ads) that were original purchased by the Web Designer for this two blogs.

  Actually, it seems that even him can´t work this out, as it can be viewed on those posts:

  Hope that I get some suggestion on this matter! The upgrades expiring date is almost over and the Web Designer can´t pay this for me anymore.

  It is the end of my working day, and the end of my working week on this, at least on this side of the planet, but I´m still working on this problem…

  Why I can’t get any Answers… actually WordPress Staff Answers over this Topic?
  After all, the referred sites have payed upgrades.

  Am I asking too much?
