I want to pay for 'No Ads' one year at a time, not auto-renew

  I do not want auto-renew set for 2017, for the ‘No Ads’ I just paid $30 for. I do not like automatic renewals as my credit card number has been hacked too many times in these stored places.

  Howdy! According to this Support doc https://en.support.wordpress.com/manage-purchases/#auto-renew you can turn off autorenew in your “My Purchases,” but you should do so only after the 30-day refund window, since turning that off effectively cancels your upgrade.

  Once past that refund window, your annual upgrade will continue to run until it expires. If you intend to renew it in 2017, please make sure you renew it before it expires!
