I want to pay monthly but you took all the money at once

  Hello, I just tried to upgrade my plan. The money came out my account all at once. I just wanted to pay in monthly instalments and I cannot afford £132 upfront. Please can you confirm when the money will be back in my account? I would still like to upgrade by monthly instalments after I have my money back.

  I’m afraid there are no monthly payment plans here at WordPress.com. If you have changed your mind you can request a refund via “manage purchases”.
