I want to pay my invoice!!

You have sent me an invoice, which states ‘click here’ to pay. I’ve clicked, but there is no invoice in my account to pay. I’ve added our credit card info… our site is a mess.. and we need this fixed ASAP!!!! This is the most frustrating company!

1. The site at nextfactorinc.com was recently transferred to your account.
2. That site originally had a Business plan that had already been paid for, but the Business plan was not transferred with the site to your account. This is why the site is not working correctly right now.
We can help you fix this quickly. We need to know one thing.
Was the site originally supposed to be transferred to your account with the Business plan upgrade? Or, were you transferring the site then expecting to pay for the Business plan through this account? Let us know as soon as you can.

After a little more digging it looks like your intent is to pay through this account. I’ve set it up so you can make payment to renew and get this back on track.
