i want to pay with a new debt visa card

When I try to renew, comes a window with : last payment with your visa card
I had change bank, and now I have a new number debt visa card. But I dont know where to change it. Please help me. It´ll expire in 3 daysThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Once you click Renew Now from this page:
https://arroyoriquejo.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades
You should be presented with three options for payment (Previous Card, Credit Card, and PayPal). If you choose Credit Card, you should be able to enter the new information of your VISA. Can you give that a try?
You can delete your old card information here towards the bottom of the page:
