I want to permanently delete.

  Hi. My browser was messing up and I accidentally signed up for 3 blog url’s that I did not really wish to have. I really do not want people going to the wrong site, (the urls that I accidentally signed up for and the url I purposely chose are quite similar.) and I need to know how to permanently delete a blog url.

  You can delete a blog from the Tools → Delete Site menu inside the blog dashboard.
