I want to permanently delete my account immediately

PLEASE help me get rid of my WordPress account. I have hated WordPress since I started with it 4 years ago. I have been hacked twice & nothing online pertaining to me has ever been the same. I have searched & tried following the steps to eliminate my account without success. I only want step by step instructions not URLs. Thank you for your time.

Deleting Accounts
If you’re unhappy with your account or blog for any reason, we can probably help. Feel free to contact us. However, if you wish to leave WordPress.com, we understand.If you wish to leave WordPress.com, you can easily empty and delete your site. Once this is done remove all personal information from your Account Settings and change your password to a random string. This will leave your account inactive and prevent you from gaining access to it in the future.
To unsubscribe from any email notifications from WordPress.com, go to your subscription settings and check the box that says Block all email updates from blogs you’re following on WordPress.com. See Following Blogs support page for more information about this.
Renaming accounts
If you just want to change your username, see the instructions on the Change Username support page.
In a nutshell, under Account Settings, you can edit the Username field and then confirm your changes.
Reusing email addresses
Every WordPress.com user account has a unique email address, so you can’t create two accounts with the same email address.
If you want to use the new account with the same email address, follow these steps:
Log into your current account (the one with the email you want to use).
Under your Account Settings, change the email address on the account. You can use any active email that you have access to. This will free up the primary email for the new account.
You’ll receive an email to confirm the change. Click on the confirmation link, and log out of the account by clicking on the Sign Out button in the sidebar of the Me section.
Sign up for a new account with the primary email address.
If you already registered the new account, repeat step 2 while logged in to the new account to change the email address on that account too.Note: It may take some time for our system to completely release your e-mail address for use with another account. Please be patient, but if the delay seems longer than normal, please contact support for further assistance.

This is a perfect example of why using WordPress is useless. Copying & pasting rehashed info that doesn’t work, doesn’t help. I DID ask for help (as mentioned in the first sentence) twice to delete.
If you follow the info on deleting from the account settings, the system does NOT allow you to either eliminate your username or your email address.
Therefore, I cannot empty the account settings & get to a screen to create a random password.
Does anyone connected with WordPress support EVER try to follow the instructions that are posted or that they copy & paste for others?
