How do I place an iFrame widget in my sidebar?

  Hi guys,
  I want to place this code into my sidebar .But i don’t know how to go through it.Thank you in advance.

  I’m sorry, but we prevent the embedding of iFrames for security and stability purposes.

  If they offer a plain HTML (no iFrame, JavaScript, or Flash), you can embed it with a Text widget.

  Hi again,

  I installed SocialVibe widget on my blog . Unfortunately, for the past few days anytime I press”Click here to help for free button” a message comes up “Thank you for your support, new activities will be coming soon.”

  No donations are added and the number is not changing.

  Anyone who can help?I would appreciated, thanks so much!

  It seems to be working for me when I click the widget on your blog. Can you try again and let me know if it still isn’t working?
