How do I place an iFrame widget in my sidebar?

I’m sorry, but we prevent the embedding of iFrames for security and stability purposes.
If they offer a plain HTML (no iFrame, JavaScript, or Flash), you can embed it with a Text widget.

I installed SocialVibe widget on my blog . Unfortunately, for the past few days anytime I press”Click here to help for free button” a message comes up “Thank you for your support, new activities will be coming soon.”
No donations are added and the number is not changing.
Anyone who can help?I would appreciated, thanks so much!
