I want to process a refund

Hi there!
I have purchased your membership, ‘starter pack’ but have since decided to go down a different route for my portfolio website.
I have processed the subscription cancellation and removed my current plan, however, I have not received an option to process a refund. Could you please help me out here, as I do not have the money to be spending on two website building platforms :(.

All paid plans have a limited time frame for a refund. Once over the time frame, there is no refund possible
- WordPress.com annual, two-year, and three-year plans are refundable within 14 days of purchase or renewal.
- WordPress.com monthly plans are refundable within 7 days of purchase or renewal.
- The 100-year plan is refundable within 120 days.
