  I don’t know how to create a blog. I have a book already written. It has been Self Published twice, and published over the internet so that people could download it. However, they haven’t kept it up. I want to put it up on the internet myself, along with a separate blog explaining some additional things. I don’t know how to do this.

  Hi there. I suggest you first work through the tutorials on how WordPress.com works. That will make the rest much easier: http://learn.wordpress.com/

  After doing that, you have two options: you can physicaly put your book on the page, or you can upload your book to the media library and add a link to your page users can use to download it.

  As you mention the downloading option above, I’ll give the instructions for uploading a document first: https://en.support.wordpress.com/uploading-documents/ Note you can also link to a document uploaded to Google Drive, Clouddrive, etc. If you put this link on a static page (see tutorials), then you can easily blog about it as well using posts.

  It is also possible to actually publish your book on the blog itself using pages or posts, but it’s a lot more complicated than simply uploading a downloadable document, so I recommend using that option instead, especially as you’re new to WordPress.com.
