  I don’t want to close my account I want to upgrade. I have clicked upgrade button, but it is not working. How do I upgrade ??

  Hi there,
  Make sure you have selected the site you want to upgrade to Business Plan by clicking the “My Sites” on the top left corner and then switching to the site that you want to upgrade.

  Thereafter click on the Plan in the left navigation menu and then Press the “Upgrade” button in the right side.

  If it still does not work. Try logging out and then logging in again and following the same procedure.
