I want to re use my deleted account

  Hi, i have closed my other account with email (email visible only to moderators and staff), my domain is mapped to that account, now I am trying to buy a paid plan through another account but I am getting error while entering domain name saying ‘this domain mapped to another account’, please help me restore my deleted account or let me know how can I use the domain with my new account created.

  Threre is not chance to reuse the account. You have only way to send out an email to wordpres team

  Hi there,

  It’s not possible to close an account that has an active domain mapping upgrade – before you can close an account you first have to cancel all upgrades owned by that account.

  What is the domain you’re trying to use, and what is the free WordPress.com address of the site where you want to use it?

  I want to use thecreativebell.com, and purchase a business account.

  I have purchased a premium plan and attached this domain, and cancelled the plan and closed the account permanently, now I created wordrpress.com account with my professional email and try to purchase business plan with this domain.

  Hi WordPress Team,

  Looks like I have a similar issue. I bought the Personal plan and then cancelled it in couple of hours. I got the refund also, so a big Thank you :)

  However, the domain I want is now locked with wordpress. I thought I can cancel with in 48 hrs. Can you help release the domain?
