  i deleted my website fijjinails.wordpress.com. can i please recover it?

  Unfortunately you ignored the warnings. You cannot have the URL restored for two years from the deletion date. Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made except for the one stated here http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/

  You can register another .wordpress.com sub domain URL http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/ and if you wish to you can purchase your own domain. Note that it does not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is when you are domain mapping.
