I want to redirect my wordpress free blog

Hello there. I want to redirect my free wordpress blog to another domain that i own now. I wanted to make the purchase for 13$ and it said : The transaction was declined. Please contact your card issuer as they may have blocked the transaction for anti-fraud purposes. Alternatively, try another card.
Why is that? I’ve made some other purchases with the same card, like buying my domain.

It looks like you’ll need to talk to Paypal (our payment processor). There is something they are not liking about the payment method. The message we are getting is:
10486: This transaction couldn’t be completed. (This transaction couldn’t be completed. Please redirect your customer to PayPal.)

Yep, did that already after I wrote here. So it seems that.. its not working. I’ve tried through Paypal and on my paypal account it said denied. What am I doing wrong? :(

I’m afraid that I don’t have any more information to give. Paypal is the deciding factor here. If the transaction isn’t going through, it is because they are not allowing it.
Do you have another form of payment you can use?
