  I want to be refund the reccurring charged at 12/11/2018 because I not use this blog. Please help me!

  Hi there,

  You cancel autorenewals or any domains or plans in your account setting under Manage purchases section.

  Regarding refund

  For plans and all other purchases, you must cancel within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund. There are no refunds, pro-rated or otherwise, after 30 days.

  We refunded you the moment you cancelled your upgrade. You should already have received a receipt for the refund via email, and you can also view it here:

  You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
