  You can’t pay in cash. There are only two payments options. They are major credit cards and PayPal from approved/supported countries only.

  If you don’t have a credit card or PayPal account then your only option is to get a Pre-Paid credit card – I see them for sale all over the place here in the U.S. – sorry as noted above no cash in envelopes or bank transfers
