I want to remove mapping for a blog I deleted

What’s happened: I had a site with 1&1 that I cancelled but kept my domain with them (mymediamanager.co.uk). I wanted to set up a wordpress site and use that domain for my blog (mymediamanager.wordpress.com) so I brought domain mapping and stupidly in the confusion deleted the blog…It’s billed me for domain mapping and now it wants me to buy it again for the new blog that I’ve have to start…(mymediamanagerltd.wordpress.com)
I tried to get my old blog domain back but it says that it’s taken, however it’s not, it says that it’s been removed when I type in the URL.
What I want: A blog with a custom theme that I’ve brought and to use the URL (mymediamanager.co.uk) also to have custom emails being sent to outlook so e.g. (email visible only to moderators and staff)

When you are domain mapping it does not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com URL is.
