I want to remove that unused space at the top of Twenty twelve theme

    I am a blogger and used premium themes only but Now I launched another blog and thought of customizing twenty twelve for my blog’s look
    so my question is that we can see that unused space at the top of the blog above title area
    I want to remove that space from there and alsowant to add a secondary menu there.
