I want to remove the banner ad from the top of the website!

Can the banner ( Create your website with WordPress.com ) at the top of the website be moved anywhere else? like the white stripe covering the top picture because it would not only be confusing but would be a better place elsewhere!

At WordPress.com, we display advertisements on your free blog or site to help pay the bills – including the banner in question. This keeps free features free!
To remove ads, you would need to upgrade to one of our paid plans which will allow you to remove ads from your site. You can compare the different plan levels here:
