I want to renew my blog subscription even though it expired – can I get back the work I did building

I was unable to renew on time – but I can renew now.
However, I want to make sure my work building my blog is still there and that I can get it back – how do I do this?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Expired means over, dead and done. Nothing that has expired can be renewed so I think you are asking for Staff to recover your domain. Please read Domain Expiration https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/

2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
4. When was the upgrade purchased?

You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, renew or cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.
If you are not logged in under the correct username account clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies and then login under the correct username account.

I guess my question is – if I renew my business plan, will my blog be intact as I left it or will I need to start over and rebuild it?
My domain was renewed in time, it is not at issue. But, I do want to have the blog again. I had purchased a theme and set the whole thing up, but could not renew my plan on time, which would have been Sept 12, 2016.

Allow me to be crystal clear on this. I cannot answer any questions at all unless or until you clearly state the domain URL, the underlying .wordpress.com URL and the username account that registered the underlying URL and purchased the upgrade for it. That is why I asked for the details you failed to provide.
