I want to renew my domain that has expired

  I mistakenly cancelled my domain instead of renewing it. Now I don’t have option to pay for it through WordPress anymore. What can I do?

  1. What is the domain URL?
  2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
  3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
  4. When was the upgrade purchased?
  5. When did the cancellation take place?

  That domain was mapped to my WordPress blog. It expired 5 days ago but I still need it. What should I do?

  Without you providing the relevant details nothing can be done.

  1. What is the domain URL?
  2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
  3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?

  Have you read this support doc: Domain Expiration https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/ ?

  Your domain has been restored and is active again on your account. Please renew it on the Purchases page, then you should be good for another year. Let me know if you run into any trouble with the renewal.

  You’re very welcome.

  I do notice your domain is not loading for me, and it’s pointing to an IP address for Plus Hosting. Is that how it should be? If so, you might need to reconnect the domain on Plus Hosting’s end for everything to work again.
