I want to renew my expired domain but it no longer shows up in my upgrades.

I can’t renew my domain because it is no longer visible in my upgrades; who can I contact to find out about paying the higher fee to get it back?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

have you managed to do this yet? Jennytonks.com says that it now expires in June 2014:
Domain Name: JENNYTONKS.COM Registrar: WILD WEST DOMAINS, LLC ... Updated Date: 05-may-2013 Creation Date: 04-jun-2012 Expiration Date: 04-jun-2014 -
Sorry–wrong domain. I have another domain that I am trying to buy. But how to I contact customer service, instead of posting my question in a public forum like this? Is there someone I can talk to in private about the money, etc, involved in reclaiming my domain?

I flagged this for the staff to help
If you can post the domain name you need help with it will help the staff give you quicker help (save two or three email back and forth’s as the staff can do the research before sending you an email)

Thanks! I was scared to post the domain name in a public forum, because someone tried to buy it from me once–would putting it “out there” that the domain has expired then expose me to the risk of someone snapping it up before I can??? I’m kind of clueless when it comes to domain vulture practices, so I’m trying to play it safe . . .

If the domain name has reverted to the wild – then posting it has a bit of a risk – if the domain name is still in the expired but not been released then there is no risk – how long since the renewal date?
It you are worried then wait for the staff to contact you
