I want to renew my site but it looks different. What happened?

    My SED create site renew and it doesn’t look the way it used to – what’s happened??

    I’m not sure what you mean by “SED create site” can you tell me the URL of the site so we can take a closer look in our system? Thanks for the additional info!

    yep. It’s sedcreatecom.wordpress.com although this is no longer an active site.

    I had a heap of pages on the site that are no longer there and I simply don
    ‘t recall it looking at all like it does right now.

    Very confused. I want to pay to renew but I want to be sure exactly what I’
    m paying for.

    Hi Sarah,

    Here you can see the pages on that site:

    We do not delete content for our users, even if the site is inactive.
    I can also see one post in Drafts, you can have a look and see if that’s something you wanted to post.

    Also, it seems that your subscriptions have expired some time ago and were removed from your account so you wouldn’t be able to renew, but you can re-purchase the plan directly from My Site>Plan>Plans.

    Let me know if you have any more questions regarding that.
