I want to renew my subscription

  I am having difficulty in renew my subscription, any time I try to do that, the systems Will tell me that the site had been moved. Please how can I solve this problem?

  Hi there,

  The account you’re using to post here has never bought anything from us, so if you own a WordPress.com subscription, it was bought under a different username account.

  Do you have any other email addresses with which you might have created an account at some point? If the subscription is close to expiration we would also have been sending you reminder emails to that address – that’s the address you need to use to log in, to renew that subscription.
