  I want to repurchase the plan with same domain?
  Is it possible?

  If the domain you wish to repurchase with the plan is not being used by anyone else then yes you can have it back.

  If you are referring onestopupsc.com then it seems to be available to register.

  Hi there,

  I assume you’re speaking to upscexpress.com, which is the only domain you’ve ever owned with us. You have cancelled that domain, so you no longer own it.

  Cancelled domains are not released immediately, and it can take anything from a few days to over a year before a cancelled domain becomes available again, if at all. You should never cancel a domain that you still want to use, as there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to use it again somewhere else in future.

  In this case the domain should be released by the end of the week at which point you can try to register it again. Or if you still want to use it with your WordPress.com site, please buy a new plan and let me know once you’ve done that, and I can restore the domain to your account.
