I want to respond from my domain name email directly

  Hello,

  I created an email forward for my website ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) to my gmail account, and that works fine. What I’d like to do is actually send emails or respond from that same account, but I do not know how to do that.

  I searched the forums, but could not find this specific issue. I’m sure I’m not the first to ask though…
