I want to revert the appearance to the way I had it before

    I looked at some themes and did not know my entire appearance would change and now I cannot revert back

    Hi @monderoneiric,

    In WordPress, themes define the entire look and feel of your website. So when you switch themes the entire appearance of the website will change according to the theme activated. You can read more about themes here.

    To revert the appearance to the way you had it before,
    Go to Appearance –> Themes
    You will then have to search for your old theme in the theme directory and activate that.

    Unfortunately, there is no undo button in WordPress for theme changes.
