Hi,
vijaysangamworld.wordpress.com is already active.
If you want to cancel the second one, select that site and go to Tools -> Delete Blog in your Dashboard. Be aware that if you delete it you will not be able to get it back and no one else will be able to use that blog address.
Let me know if this is what you had in mind.

I have now deleted the unwanted blog. But I am unable to post new articles on my existing blog:

Perhaps the existing blog is under a different account. Do you see the existing blog when you go to My Sites? Can you tell me what error you see or what happens when you try to post an article?

your site https://sangamssupplychain.wordpress.com/, which you deleted successfully belongs to username: vijaysangam; the one you are using to post in this forum right now.
the site https://vijaysangamworld.wordpress.com/, which you want to revive/use belongs to username: vjsangam
Try logging in as “vjsangam” to wordpress.com, if you don’t remember the password, you will get email to the id used with that username.
