  Could you please try using the following CSS code to shift post title at the top on the blog page?

  	position: absolute;
  	top: 10px;
  	left: 20px;
  }
  
  body.blog #content .entry-header {
  	position: static;
  }
  
  body.blog #content p.comments-link {
  	top: auto;
  	bottom: 47px;
  	position: relative;
  	right: -475px;
  	left: auto;
  }
