  i want to show adsense ads on my blog what should i do?
  I know that i must do an upgrade for that. But which one?

  You will need to hire a web host and set up your own self hosted WordPress.org install.

  There is only one advertising program called WordAds at WordPress.com and it’s for blogs on their own domains. This is the homepage for the WordAds program: http://www.wordads.co/ There you will find the application page as well as FAQs.

  What raincoaster said is on topic for this thread. Moreover, she’s correct. Google Adsense is not the best quality advertising.

  It will cheapen the look of your website drastically. Any reputable ad network will have better-looking ads.
