I want to show only smallest category for each post

    On my home I have thumbnails and titles for each post.
    I would like to include two categories per post.
    The first category would be only one single with no parents and no childs (Food, Drinks, Leisure, etc)
    The second would be the destination the post is talking about. For example Rome would have the following categories:
    Europe>Italy>Lazio>Rome
    So if the post were about Drinks in Rome, the categories I want to show are: Drinks/Rome (and hide parents Europe, Italy and Lazio)
    However, if the post were about Food in Italy, it should show: Food/Italy (hiding parent Europe).
