    I need to speak with someone about my dashboard. I have two wordpress accounts and one is working correctly with all of the themes, and the other (which I just bought) is missing themes.

    I would like the dashboards and options to look the same on both of my accounts because otherwise I have to use the wordpress customizer which is very unorganized and difficult to use, and I would just like to be able to edit my pages the same way using the tempera customizer. I have no options for plugins on my newest domain and would like those as well.
    Please help me get my newest dashboard to look like my old one.

    I’ve actually figured out that I need to just transfer my blog over to wordpress.org, but have already paid the $99.00 for a premium account. Also I was charged $26.00 for something “cancellation” which I have no idea why. I wont need this premium feature if I transfer the domain onto wordpress.com correct? I don’t mind paying whatever it takes to export everything over to wordpress.org since it is a new site though, would it be easier to just get a refund for my current wordpress.com site and start new with wordpress.org?

    I was on the 14 day trial and cancelled within the fourteen days, so I would like to have the 26.00 cancellation fee observed on your end and refunded back to me

    Hi!

    So, it look like a total of $73 was refunded to your account. You still have two charges on your account for $26 a piece. Those are for the domain fastmechanicsinc.com. Are you still planning on using that domain?

    If not, I can refund both charges and cancel the domain from your account. Please note, the domain will be unavailable for several weeks and may be purchased by someone else.

    If you do still want the domain, the payments will still be applicable (since you’re still using the domain). Although the domain is registered with Automattic, you can still use it with another hosting service by changing the name servers as described here:

    Why do I have both charges of 26.00? I don’t understand. I want to keep the domain, however, I should not be charged twice for this.

    The two charges have renewed your domain through 12/5/16 (instead of 12/5/15) as shown here:
