I should also mention to provide the username and not the email address since this forum is public. Also, if you have the domain name that would also be helpful.

Hey @eight84 – just letting you know that when email addresses are written normally, they are redacted by our forum software from being publicly visible. Staff however can still see the email address. Example: (email visible only to moderators and staff)

If you answer a thread where someone adds an email address that isn’t redacted because they wrote it like me @ me.com please add the MODLOOK and REMOVE PERSONAL INFO tags and someone will come along and redact it from public view. Thanks!
