I want to start a webside

    This is as clear as mud. I am trying to set up a website for $20 a month. I have chosen my domain name that is included with the fee but i cannot proceed because it keeps giving me the following message:

    An active access token must be used create a new Site for the User.

    what does this mean? i have clicked on the message and it give me no direction as what i need to do. Can you help? i have a coupon code that expires in 9 hours and did not realize it would be this difficult to set up.

    Are you getting this error when trying to create a new site at https://wordpress.com/start/site/? Please see if clearing your browser cache and cookies, or using a different browser gives a different result:

    I notice you already have three empty sites in your account. You can see them all if you click on My Sites in the top-left corner of the screen on WordPress.com, and then click on Switch Site. Have you considered upgrading one of those instead of create another new site? You can also change the address of any of those sites if you don’t like the current address.

    I’m not sure what you’re referring to here – we don’t have any upgrade plan on WordPress.com that costs $20 a month (neither CAD nor USD). What upgrade are you trying to buy?

    Also note that all WordPress.com plans are billed for a full year in advance at the time of purchase. We don’t currently offer monthly payment options.
