    Thank you but unfortunately that didn’t help. I wanted a complete restart. In other words, I had looked at those instructions that you provided. The problem isn’t the content per say. The problem is that my site is associated with a theme that I’d like to get rid of and start from scratch. That theme and settings I chose to play around with are still there–despite the directtions to “start over”. Can wordpress set the site back to its very initial state as if I had never modified anything? I appreciate you letting me know yes or no.

    We are able to help with this but it is permanent. In your case this seems fine since you don’t have any content on your site currently but I wanted to be sure before we proceed, thanks!

    That’s right. Thank you for asking! I was hoping you guys would reset it as if I had never done anything to it. As if I just logged in for the first time. That would help me a ton if it’s doable.
