I want to start over.

I would like to reset my blog, removing all content posted, including posts, comments, etc. I want to keep the URL and reuse it.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

In the Posts – All Posts section of your dashboard, click on the checkbox that selects all posts (to the left of the word “Title”).
From the dropdown above that, select “Move to trash”, and then click Apply.Repeat this until all your posts are deleted, and then do the same for Pages.

From your Dashboard, go into ‘Posts’, select all (including drafts, if you want to go that far), then delete. Then select Media > Library, and do the same. Do the same with Comments. Then go into ‘My Profile’ and delete whatever you no longer wish to have available. Do the same with ‘Pages’.
That’s pretty much it.
If you want, you can download a backup XML file to your computer before deleting, that way you have the material in case you want to use it again. Just follow:
Dashboard > Tools > Export > Export — Create an XML file containing your posts and comments for you to save or import into another WordPress blog.
Then save to a folder on your device of choice.

Thank you for the hasty responses. I just thought there was a method that allowed to cleared these sectors much easier, but this will have to do for now.

…if you have a tonne of posts, images, comments and stuff, look at the top right-hand corner of the page (when you’re on All Posts, for example), and there’s a link called ‘Screen Options’.
Click on it, and a drop down menu will allow you to show up to 999 Posts (or whatever) on the page. That way, when you click ‘Select All’, you’re really selecting all of your posts. Then delete them. It’s really a three click process.
