I want to start over setting up a blog

  I am brand new to setting up a blog and cannot get out of what I have already done. I cannot get to the place where I can choose a blog over a website. I definitely want to start the set up process from the beginning again.

  There are a few options to do what you are looking for.
  Find options here:
  https://wordpress.com/support/empty-site/

  You can also always delete your blog by following these instructions, then make a new one:
  https://wordpress.com/support/delete-site/
