  I would like to have the theme and content deleted, so I can start over from scratch.. can you help me please?

  Hi,

  You can do it by manually deleting the contents. An automated process is also available which can be performed by a Staff. Here can find more details about the manual and automatic processes of removing contents: https://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/
