I need to delete one of my blogs, as I signed it up under the wrong email account, but keep the address so I can use it with the correct email address

If I’m understanding your issue correctly, it might easier to change the email you use on the blog you’d like to keep. Here is a support page on how to Update your Email Address. This is a quicker and simpler process than deleting your blog entirely.

As compchris suggested, you can transfer the blog to another WordPress.com account using these steps:

Deleting a blog is permanent. Once deleted, it cannot be recovered and you will not be able to reuse the WordPress.com address. Therefore we advise against deleting a blog if you plan to use it again in the future. It’s better to transfer it to another account in this case :)
