  I want to use plugins and have more control over my site. I just started the account and would like to cancel and switch please.

  This guide will step you through the process of moving your site to a WordPress.org instance:

  As we only support sites hosted here at WordPress.com, all issues with the new site – including the importing of the file – must be taken to the WordPress.org support community:

  It appears as if you’ve only recently registered your domain name here at WordPress.com. ICANN (the internet regulatory organization that makes the rules about domain registration) states that domains cannot be transferred within 60 days of initial registration. Their rule, not ours! However, we can help you map your domain to your new site, if you’d like.
