I want to take backup of my WordPress website,please can anyone tell me the steps how to do this.Because I have found that many times my site post gets moved to trash, as if someone deleted it,I have changed the password of my web site after seeing the condition.Please advise. Thank you

We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re unable to provide support. But I can get you pointed in the right direction.
