  we want to take over this website how we can takeover this one my client don’t know the user and password and we hosting the dns assettfm.com.au but the website is missing how we can migrate this one to our end thank you

  Hi Praliwp,

  the problem is we don’t know what is the username or email address using during that time.

  the owner of the company don’t have access at all. that’s why im trying to recover for him and migrate to our hosting so we have the copy of the website.

  Do you know where this website is hosted and access to cPanel ? anyway to get an access to MySQL ?

  Do be honest im not quite sure right now, but is A record said is 117.55.227.81

  and the client don’t have access to anything hopefully you can help me

  @giftwrappedup1 Disregard that, as your site is hosted here. The details on account recovery are the correct ones to follow. Some sort of proof of ownership is needed to recover the site. Maybe have them look in some records for who might have created that?
