  I want to talk to a customer service representative. How do I speak to a person about a complaint?

  Complaints are not dealt with on public support forums. Only Terms of Service Staff have authority in such cases.

  Also note that the complaint process here at wordpress.COM is only applicable to blogs that are actually hosted by wordpress.COM. It is not applicable to any wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting. https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ In those cases the relevant web host must be contacted directly and their process must be used.
