We are not in a call center. Between staff and the community, though, we’re happy to help if you’ll let us know what your questions are.
Noting as well, if you’re using any of our paid plans, you can reach support directly. You currently only have free sites on our servers, though, and neither appears to be active. So if you’re needing help with a different site, can you send a link so we can point you in the right direction?
