  I have spent 20 minutes trying to find a way to talk to a person. I wish to discuss automatic pilling and cancel an account that I can’t use.

  I can’t see any charges on this particular account.

  You would need to locate a transaction ID as seen here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/billing-history/#retrieving-a-transaction-id and this can be used with this tool here: https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ whereby a refund can also be requested.
