    I’ve had problems for weeks uploading pdfs to my website. I want to speak with a human being to solve this problem. Also, any recommendations to other companies that support websites? I’m tired of the challenges here.

    In case you’ve done everything right, please specify your problems. Several questions you can check on is:
    – Are the files too large? Is your internet connection stable?
    – Have you exceeded the free plan storage (3GB)

    Hi there,

    How are you attempting to add the files? Via the add media button in the editor, by dragging and dropping the file directly into the editor, or uploading directly to the media library?

    And to which site are you trying to upload them? http://blessingsfrommary.wordpress.com/ has not had any new content added to it since 2011, and the account you’re using to post here in the forums was last logged into three years ago.
