I want to transfer a site to another person

    I am running two different WordPress sites from two different email addresses.

    Unfortunately, through some stupid internal computer wizzardry outside my control they got linked by WordPress against my wishes and now I can’t disentangle them any more.

    When I am logged into one, the other one gets logged out. Even when I try to call up the other account by exact address, the WordPress wizzardry automatically refers me back to the first one logged in. It no longer allows me to stay logged into both at the same time. It’s infuriating!!!

    I have tried to transfer the site from this account to the account which set it up, but every time I try to do so, there is an error and I am advised to contact the help centre.
    I am really annoyed, too, that there is no Help Centre only a public forum.

    I keep getting the error message

    ‘There was an error confirming the site transfer. Please contact our support team for help.’

    but I can’t find a Support Team, only some silly AI that doesn’t know how to answer a question.
